The Company

FAS Limited provides accounting, company secretary, payroll, and SFC regulatory-services for entitites regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission or looking to get SFC-licensed in Hong Kong. The company was incorporated in Hong Kong in July 2002 and commenced operations in September 2002.

We support our clients with a team of 10 office personnel, including accountants, company secretaries, and administrative support.

Managing Director

Jonathan Coleman is a UK-qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA UK) with over 20 years’ experience in the hedge fund industry in Hong Kong. He maintains excellent relationships with banks, brokers, lawyers, custodians and regulatory bodies, including the SFC and Cayman Island authorities, and has a thorough understanding of the complex local regulatory and administrative requirements for the establishment and operation of funds in Hong Kong.
